Simple method for creating and modifying Collab Standards.

Depending on how a company works with AjourCollab, differenent types of standards will be created.
This could be standards based on classification, type of project, methods for QA etc.
It would make sense to have a separate area for creating and modifying company standards as well as adding them to newly created projects.
